2014 AQHA (registered appendix) bay mare. Approximately 15.1, maybe 15.2 (for reference in the videos, I'm 5'10"). Was high loping the barrel pattern about a year and a half ago, but hasn't seen the pattern much since. Broke, VERY soft, good stop. Full disclosure: I've had a hard time keeping this girl feeling good consistently. She's been seen by 3 vets who all thought she needed routine hock injections to continue down a performance career path. She seems to do well with hock injections and periodic chiropractic work, but still seems to struggle holding her leads in a really tight circle with speed and has crow-hopped when running out of a barrel (she’s not broncy, so this is unusual for her). I have suspected that maybe there's something else going on, I just haven't been able to find it. She moves sound and she does vet sound aside from some early signs of arthritis in her right hock. If you're into maintenance, she could maybe be finished out on the barrels. May also be able to excel in a career that is a little less small-circley. Great broodmare prospect that could also be used for trail riding, ranch work, etc. 5 panel N/N, great feet, plenty of hair, quick-footed, stout. I've gotten tons of compliments on this girl's looks & confirmation. Has been safe to jump on and go after time off, loads & hauls, stands for farrier, stands tied. Not yet ready for a rider who lacks confidence as she can be a little watchy and reactive. I will be picky on where she goes. I really like her, just tired of pouring time and money into vet bills without conclusive answers. Interested parties are welcome to PPE and I'm happy to disclose everything I know. Vaccinated and dewormed in February. Teeth floated 4/29. https://youtu.be/xXgORmXG3HY https://youtu.be/MmOVDFmWQg4 https://youtu.be/Mx9yKQ7TvjA https://youtu.be/CK-NwSvy2aU I’d likely be willing to transport within a days drive for the cost of fuel. May consider trades for 1-3 year old run or run x cow bred prospects. I could add cash for the right one.
