Shall we Dance HF, “Sasha” (San Amour/Weltmeyer,/Argentan/Pike Bube)
is a stunning 2014 registered, American Hanoverian mare out of a German import mare and her sire, San Amour is one of the most sought after and successful modern german Hanoverian stallions standing at the Schockemole Stables in Germany. Her dam, Weltmeyer’s Song comes from some of your very well known old blood like the one and only Weltmeyer.
Sasha is tall, elegant, calm, and absolutely floats wherever she goes. Even though she has all that loft in that ground covering stride, she is also a very comfortable ride! She’s trained under saddle and has done variety of disciplines, including, of course, Dressage up to first level, Working Equitation(L2), dabbled in some jumping-just recreationally due to young age ( she is a natural and enjoys this…I could see her excelling in Hunter Jumper), arena trail/obstacle course work, recreational trail riding and even has worked cattle!..Which she thought was pretty cool! Needless to say she has a great non spooky mind on her. She is calm and willing, yet athletic and sensitive enough to do serious competition.
Sadly after having a kid with special medical needs, I just don’t have the time to continue her training and showing as I had hoped and she is wayyyy too nice of a mare to not be used to be a show queen which means she needs to find a home that can offer her this and be able to use what she has to offer.
So she has a very solid and diverse foundation and is ready to go in any direction. She is bred for dressage and jumping and I see her being a horse that can go all the way to be one of the best. She has several siblings bred by Hardenburg Farm of Tumalo Oregon that have received all sorts of awards and recognition in various dressage and even eventing competitions. Several of which earned the mare of the year in their materiale classes.
-She ties, clips, trailers, good for farrier, vaccinations etc.
-Great feet. Barefoot.
-Never had any lameness issues
-Has had one foal and was a great mom and easy to breed/caught on first attempt
-Loves to be pampered indoors, but is also good on turnout alone or in mixed groups.
