- Golden Opportunity KF aka Scout is an 11 year old Shetland pony registered in the ASPC, that is 11 hands tall and a palomino, UTD on everything, sound, comes with current Coggins and Health Cert. This is the best mannered most athletic pony you are ever going to find. My 8 year old daughter has been riding him for the past 2 1/2 years. He is as fancy broke as he is good looking. He moves like a big horse and nothing bothers him. Let him sit for 2 months and Have your kids jump on with no worries and not a stitch of buck. He is easy to catch and gets along great with the other horses. My daughter has junior rodeoed on him for 2 years, ran him at the barrel races, and used him on the ranch. He not only knows the barrels, poles, goat tying, and breakaway roping but excels in every event and he is definitely a stand out. We rope the sled and live cattle on him regularly. He’s had calves branded on him. Take him swimming he loves it. He’ll ride bareback, with a halter, with or without a tyedown, and double. Great feet and an easy keeper. He’s never been foundered. You’re not gonna find one this broke this good looking or this young. We have moved to a bigger horse and it’s going to be hard to let him go.
