WOW is what everyone says when they see this gelding. He is stunning, big, handsome, beautiful color and a disposition to match! Redford will be in your pocket, first one to get caught, extremely gentle, excellent ground manners, rides bareback in a halter anywhere. Any amount of time off will not phase this horse, he is solid. No vices. Redford is clean legged, sound and has great feet. This horse is a go-to horse for riding in the mountains, no hill to steep, no rock pile too rough for this guy to navigate. He crosses water without hesitation, and will cross any bridge. Redford has been exposed to cattle and lightly used on our cattle operation. He is excellent to go gather and push cattle on. We have started handling a rope on him as well. He neck reins, side passes, turns over his hocks easily, lopes a good circle, is calm and thoughtful but can run when asked. Bathes, loads, hauls, stands tied, very kind and gentle gelding.
