Ernie is a lovely, sweet, sane and sound all around gelding. He's a solid, big bodied guy who loves attention and people. He's got a great ratio of show miles under his belt but he's not been over shown due to his owners farming/ranching commitments. In limited showing he has his APHA ROM's in Novice Amateur Horsemanship, Huntseat Equitation and Trail and his Open ROM in Green Trail. He has AQHA points in Rookie and Level 1 Amateur pleasure and horsemanship and open points in Level 1 and Junior Trail. In addition he has Pinto World Show Top 10's in Green Trail and Amateur Horsemanship.
He is easy to prepare and is the same at shows as at home. He doesn't require much (if any) lunging. Ernie is an easy keeper and a delight to have in the barn.
Ernie is easy to ride and very smooth for the pattern events. He will pack a really novice rider around in the trail.
