Annabelle is a lovely lady inside and out. She is as gentle as a lamb on the ground and under saddle, and would suit someone (a grandma? A kid? a non-riding husband? someone getting back into riding?) who just wants to casually “stroll about” with friends on Quarter Horses, but she can also gait down the trail all day with the fittest. This exquisite mare is fearless and non-reactive to traffic, dogs, cattle, deer and other unexpected trail hazzards. She is willing and brave enough to lead but obedient and sane enough to follow... or to go it solo. Super smooth gaits, including an easy canter. Careful and sure footed in trappy or rough terrain, and easily navigates all manner of water crossings. She has been overnight camping and ties to a high-line. Out on the trail this eye catching lady will turn heads with her jet black coat with a bit of roaning, splashy white markings, streamlined athletic physique and the prettiest face around. She is 100% sound and is vice-free. Wonderful feet, great for farrier, to clip, load, ship, bathe and tie. Great stall manners. Gets along with others (mares, geldings, cattle) in the pasture, easy to catch (she will come to you!). LOVES to be handled and groomed. Stands like a statue for tacking up and mounting. She loves riding and adventures. She can carry a small or a tall rider (riders in video are 5’ & 5'10"). VIDEO: https://youtu.be/ZQ0-QOhje9k (copy, paste)
