Spotlight Justice, 2016 TB Gelding 16hh SOLID bodied, Clean / Sound / No Vices Spotlight Justice is recently retired with low starts. He has quickly wiggled his way into our hearts! Between his adorable overgrown pony look, impressive presence and fabulous personality, this guy has a lot going for him. He’s been with us for a couple of weeks now, getting time to be a horse. We’ve had him shod and brought him up to date on our standard chiro care. Everyone who meets him is immediately smitten, he has a calm old soul demeanor that is infectious. They really do not come any better on the ground than this guy. Justicr stood perfectly in crossties to be clipped up and bathed. Hoping to at least get some conformation photos we threw him on the trailer and hauled out to a friends place. He loads perfectly and is happy anywhere in the trailer, with or without friends. He quickly settled in and went right to eating. A perfect storm of a day, a large tree was being cut down right next to where we do photos. Justice did not miss a BEAT as limbs came tumbling down. He stood stock still posing for his photo shoot. Already impressed, he continued to show his composure as he met a large pack of dogs of all sizes and even a (very loud) baby piglet! We did get to do a short assessment of him at liberty prior to our weather going south and were equally impressed. He’s uphill, big moving and powerful. Though we did not intend to send him down the chute for footing reasons, he took it upon himself to show off over a little filler. He was brave, smart and very willing! Justice is a horse that both pros and amateurs alike should enjoy. Potential to go nearly any direction! We were able to further assess him once the weather improved and have included new liberty video with jump chute footage. We are a big fan of this guy and would love to find him a show home where he can shine! He is eligible for the retired racehorse project.
