Clips, ties, no issues, even-tempered, great personality, our 7.5 yo Louis Vuitton, aka “Louie Vee”. He has been a part of our family since he was 1yo, totally bomb proof, quick learner, and is truly a gem as a great all around horse who still could use some work and is in need of regular conditioning due to his breeding as a Friesian Sport horse. Barefoot, some training in Liberty, natural horsemanship principles, neck rope, bitless, AND also some western and dressage background, as well as significant experience on the trails. Soft mouth and a soft leg is how he has been trained, very responsive and attuned to the human connection. He must be ridden with a single handed split rein.

He is not a horse for beginners - must have knowledge and experience.

We are looking for the right horseperson who has significant horsemanship experience not JUST riding, and ideally looking for a long term lease. Louie is a huge part of our family and hearts, so it is important that he be treated/handled in a way that aligns with what is best for him! Ideally, we would love for him to live in pasture with other horses and to not live anywhere he is totally alone. If local, we have a trusted trainer/friend who can also offer support/lessons/guidance if needed, as well as a fantastic barefoot trimmer and equine chiropractor. Thanks for considering Louie!
