Slam Down Sally aka Pots, is a 2009 Liver chestnut AQHA mare. She is 14 hands. Shes been my go to horse. I've used her for 4H. She's been to reining and working cow horse shows. She's done gaming and cow work for OHSET. Fast times team penning and sorting. She's been a back up rodeo Queen horse, traveling the PNW. She's great in the box. She's been roped off of, steer daubing. Ran flags for grand entries, rodeo drill teams, parades. She has been driven in cart, although never off property. Goes out on trails, crossing bridges, swimming in the Columbia River. Great for farrier, She has a lot of heart, but takes being a red mare very seriously. She isn't one to meet you at the gate, but she loves working. Especially when there's a cow in front of her. She's great around little kids, my son walks her around and I trust him with her 100% She will stand tied all day long. Let her sit for months, hop on and go. Anyone can ride her. She's been used for lessons. I had her leased out the past 2 years while I was pregnant. She was primarily used for ohset and cow work during the lease. She does have a sensitive stomach and gets ulcers. We keep her on a strict low sugar diet and feed alfalfa. I just had all her shots done, deworming
