Successfully placed! Congratulations Kay of Eureka, Ca! https://sites.google.com/site/clarityperformancehorsesales/jumping-horses-1 Looks like jumping is this boy's forte! He loved free schooling over fences! Klaus will be a fantastic Hunter/Jumper/Eventer! *Please text me for new videos* Klaus will be a really fun and rewarding training/riding project, for someone with the time and inclination. For you Thoroughbred people out there, you will love him! And you will end up with a wonderful riding horse, for a rescue horse price! Owner motivated to place Klaus into his perfect new home ASAP! UPDATE: I am sitting on Klaus now, he is a very good boy! And, he is wearing his new set of front shoes, so he is moving much bigger and more comfortably! *Calling all Thoroughbred Enthusiasts!* This boy has "Performance Horse" written all over him! Proudly in full training with, and offered for Adoption by: Clare and Clarity Performance Horse Sales "Klaus": 10 year old, 16.2hh, chestnut, Jockey Club Thoroughbred gelding Klaus is very athletic, with 3 excellent, expressive, big gaits! Lots of hock action in the trot! I think he would do exceptionally well as an Eventer! Very nice, correct conformation. He is quite balanced, considering he has been on vacation in pasture, for many years. Klaus does not "swap out" behind in the canter, and always picks up the correct lead. He is not fractious, even at liberty. And he is surprisingly sound: 100% sound! Which is amazing, considering he is barefoot, and has typical flat Thoroughbred feet! Front shoes scheduled, ASAP. Clean legs as well. Klaus is exceedingly brave, bold and self confident. He is absolutely fearless, nothing scares him! He is also very sweet, and cuddly. He loves to be fussed over and "loved on". He is also super smart, and understands/comprehends what you say to him, in a soulful kind of way. Klaus is excellent in the barn, and fine with spray and water. He is also very good with his feet. Klaus adjusted quickly to wearing tack, and carries the saddle and bridle well and easily. I am just 2 sessions away from "swinging my leg over". I expect him to be straightforward and uncomplicated under saddle, as he has been with the preparation and ground work I have done with him over the last week. Up to Date on everything. Does have a tattoo, so his bloodlines could certainly be researched. Located in Petaluma. Videos available on request. Adoption fee of $2,000. Most important that he go to the perfect home!
