Coastal Bejou
Anglo TB/ Hanoverian mare. 4y/o 15’2’’
Bejou was started as a 2y/o and given time to grow in pasture. She is over 60 days under saddle. She goes out on trail alone or in a group, schools in the arena, knows her ground work and lunges well. She will stand tied it on cross ties, picks up all 4 feet and stands nicely for the farrier and for bathing. She is still learning about clippers. She loads like a dream, has travelled to new locations and acted like a seasoned pro. She approaches new challenges thoughtfully and gracefully.
Bejou is the most loving horse in my barn. She is the first to greet you at the gate with nuzzles and snuggles. She loves to play in the paddock and gets along well with other horses. She doesn’t love dogs in her space but isn’t worried by them barking or running. She’s likely to run and play with them as long as they are not in her paddock.
Bejou is an easy keeper. Currently on grass hay and alfalfa with some beet pulp. No health issues, no vices. UTD on shots and dental work. She goes barefoot and has lovely hooves.
Beautiful to look at, lovely to ride, this mare is ready to learn whatever you are interested in learning. She is eager to work and enjoys learning new things. Selling by not fault of her own. I bought her and a brother to start and bring along. I’d keep her if I had a place for her but I can’t keep 2 just for me. My loss is your gain! Come meet her and fall in love like I did.
