SOLD Sparky came off the track and had one race. When he arrived he had back feet almost 3 in too long to the point that his shoe didnt cover the back of his heel about 1.5in was literally striking the ground with the shoe itself digging in. We are post trim #2 and he is adjusting to his new angles and is developing new muscles.. correct ones. His hoofs are great except for the fact where the shoe dug in and split the hoofwall at the base not even a quarter crack looks more like a chip. He is clean legged, didnt display buck or rear when my 14 yo walked on him and my barn hand just did little walk and trot. He is in a slow gradual, back-to-normal muscle build up. he LOVES, LOVES, LOVES attention and affection. He can nuzzle up with you for hours (no joking) . He LOVES to please, is very green, super athletic and talented. He literally can go any direction. this boy CAN MOVE!!!! His trot is to die for, I can watch him trotting all day! He has THE prettiest head I had ever seen on a horse. (and I have been in this sport for years) . I only send him over 2ft once or twice and he jumped like a pro... So I have absolutely no reservation that he will make a good jumper. Just right now I would never put a horse that still needs weight, correct muscles and feet/ligament adjustment into any serious work or jumping. We do a very low key longeing with pessoa system so he learns to properly use his body. Slow and Steady work conditioning. He does have ONE flaw I had finally caught him (took me 2 months) that he does crib so slightly around feeding times. I didnt put a cribbing thing on him just painted no bite on a edge of the feeding bucket and that seems to help. Even Vet couldnt see evidence on his teeth, so it has to be very subtle. PRICE WILL INCREASE WEEKLY as he now getting more training. PS: Once the owner is allowed to ride and he is back under saddle his price will increase significantly
