Who is searching for a STALLION that acts like a gelding?!

LOCATION: Imlay City, MI (about 45 minutes west of the US/Canadian border)
Laddy is well broke to ride, he has been in consistent training for the last 5 years with an eventing trainer, focusing on dressage and jumping. He has been ridden by an experienced older youth under the guidance of his trainer. He loves variety in his training. He is ready to show 1st level dressage. He was trained to drive at 3 and would need just a quick refresher to be steady in harness; I think he would LOVE to do CDEs! Laddy has been to the Michigan Horse Expo several times, went to the Vanner Faire in Canada with in 2013 where he placed 2nd in his class of stallions over 4 years, AND I took him to a very loud event for developmentally disabled people at my church when I was 8.5 months pregnant.
Laddy hops on and off any trailer, stands nicely for the farrier and is an overall gentleman. He lives outside 24/7. He has only sired 4 foals, for his previous owner, as I don't have any mares. He has hand and pasture bred.
At 4 years old he was inspected by the GVHS and rated 4 stars. He will easily rate 5 stars now. He will come with his blankets if desired. He is for sale through no fault of his own.
