Missy (Miss Cowboys Flower) 11 year old Red Dun Mare with dorsal stripe. Beautiful with awesome bloodlines. Kind mare who is sweet and forgiving. Great trail horse, sure footed, looks after herself and her rider, knows how to work off your legs but needs some encouragement. A few months of work in the arena and round pen would have her bending and performing excellent.
She has been ridden mostly Western but also English. No problems with being shoed, great feet, great under saddle, well cared for, exercised regularly. Clips, trailers, bridles, free lunges, etc. all extremely well, excellent ground work all around. Absolutely bomb proof when it comes to loud noises and chaos going on around her. She does not spook or shy easily. She also has experience with mounted shooting. Stands perfectly still while saddling and climbing on. Excellent ground manners.
We have 3 other horses and she is just not being ridden enough. My 70 year old mom had been riding her but Missy needs a firmer hand and someone who can make her work. She can be lazy. She takes training well so whatever you wanted to do with her she would be up for it. She deserves a full time person that is focused on her. The price is very negotiable for the right person. Our primary concern is that she goes to an awesome home and is loved.
WE WILL BE PICKY ABOUT WHO BUYS HER! WE ARE NOT IN A HURRY AND WE DO NOT NEED THE MONEY!
