Price reduced Solstice, Soli as she is called is a one in a million girl! Soli is a warmsprings filly that is coming 2 1/2. I hand picked Soli from a herd of 200 at about 5 months old. I have done all her handling and she is ready to find her own special human. She is a gorgeous palomino with super thick Barbie like mane and tail that she loves to have brushed and braided. She has a diamond on her forehead and one white rear sock. She also has what appears to be minimal appy spots. She has been exposed and handled extensively, she has seen cows, goats, pigs, chickens and ducks. She has been near tractors, quads, kids riding jeeps and around gunshots. She has also been exposed to large over head fireworks and small fireworks with very little reaction. She can wear a fly mask and be fly sprayed though she is not particularly fond of either. She wore a blanket this winter only due to the amount of rain we got, she does get a nice thick mustang coat that kept her very warm she just really liked to stand in the rain and I was worried about rain rot. She halters and leads very well and can be caught in a large field with other horses. She knows how to back, do haunch and forehand turns though she may be a tad rusty. She has been lightly started on the lunge both free and on the line and has done very well. She can be stalled or in a pasture and is fine with either. She has always been with other horses so I would imagine if she was alone it would take her awhile to adjust. She has played with a big horse ball and had her own over head sprinkler all sumer that she loved to stand under and cool off with. She is great for bath time and with hot weather really enjoys it. She has had her feet trimmed multiple times and does well for the farrier after the initial toddler tantrum. We have not spent much time loading but I don't imagine she would give us any trouble. She is eating valley hay with half a flake of alfalfa at dinner and she is growing like a weed ! I believe she is roughly 13hh at the moment but have not taped her recently. She is well exposed to kids as well as my 3 year old loves to hang on her and brush her. This is an amazing filly and I'm really hopping to find her a fabulous home.
