Foaled April 4, 2021. Light Sorrel with light mane. Currently stands at 13.2 hands. Sire - One Famous Icon (Chestnut) was sired by Mr Jess Perry and is a direct brother to One Famous Eagle. Dam - Smokey's Twista Lena (Buckskin) lineage back to Doc O' Lena.

Training - Jess has just completed a 60-day training program (4 lessons a week) covering halter, ground manners, trailering, introduction to trail and saddling (light exercise), bridges, crossing water, handling of feet and exposure to the "scary things" like tarps and puddles. The trainer has now succeeded in getting her to self-load and can even sit on her while she is resting.

Personality - very intelligent, alert and learns very quickly. She is fearless and even jumps barrels when prompted. Definitely a fiery "red-head" with lots of potential; yet, soft and teachable.

Health - Up to date on all vaccinations and hoof care. About six months ago she had a slight overgrowth issue with her left back hind (my mare was a maiden and her breast milk was too rich). We elected for surgery, and it has slowly been correcting itself. Currently, when she is standing the foot looks excellent. When she lifts it, it has a slight inward pull. During her training sessions (some round-pen work was at the trot and jog) she has never demonstrated any lameness. The vet stated she would be able to be ridden just fine; however, may not be best suited as a sport-horse, which is what we had bred her for.

Finding her a wonderful home is key, so I am willing to wait for the right person/home.
