Tex comes from a strong female line of top hunt horses. There are several congress, world show and national title winning horses with hundreds, if not thousands of points that have come from his dam’s line. His mom has about 100 points and has placed in the top ten at the world show 5 or 6 times. His half sister was pinto world champion and Tom Power’s champion in lunge line. His other half sister was top ten in 2 year old non-pro hunt seat at the NSBA world show. He is by the great It’s a Southern Thing who was not only a top show horse, but is also making his mark as a great breeding horse. Tex is sure to be a great hunt seat or all around horse.
