Bentley is looking for a more experienced rider. He loads, ties, lunges. Is good with is feet and has good ground manners. He is UTD on worming, shoes, vaccines and teeth. He is good with other horses, will not be a bully, but will stand up for himself when needed. Walk, trot, lope, will pick up his leads. We have been learning to slow down, flex and give to leg more quickly. Spending a lot of time doing slower work and learning to relax in the arena. Started riding him English, and he has been over some small cross bars and cavalettis. He has been out on trails, will go through water and or muddy conditions. We have pushed cows, even has a little cow biter in him when a cow gets into his bubble. He walks out and moves, he is a go fast kind'a guy. He can be hot (anxious energy) - he needs lots of exercise and a pen or pasture he can walk around in. When rode daily, he is very happy and more relaxed. He is an honest horse and can be talked into new situations and obstacles. He needs an experienced rider, or an intermediate who has access to a trainer to help with further training. If you are nervous, anxious, inexperienced, impatient or hard handed, he is not the horse for you. I would be happiest to see him being someone's number one go to horse, who can give him a balanced life, continue to train him and love him like I do. He is a good boy, and deserves his own person. Will work on pricing with someone who is a good fit. It is more important that he has a good home.
