He is not yet started under saddle as he was a bit of a late bloomer and I wanted to give him the extra time to grow up as opposed to rushing him. However, he has done everything up to that point including being ponied, long lining, minimal lunging and jump chute, extensive work on the ground and some off property experience. He is literally ready to start and we are planning on sending him off for his 60 days on October 1st. He is a beautiful athletic mover with a gigantic stride, gorgeous natural flying changes that he loves to show off when playing, correct form over fences and the best personality. He is truly an old soul - nothing that he was introduced to was an issue, he approaches everything in an interested and friendly way that makes him so much fun to work with. We will be very picky about the home he goes to - he would be best for a young professional who is looking for something affordable to take her into the big ring in a few years, or a well-educated amateur in a program with a quality trainer to start him.
