Hi there! I am looking to lease out my 14.2-14.3 hand palomino roan quarter horse gelding! I currently have a lot on my plate and don’t really have much time to ride Chance as I have other horses to consider, so he just is bored out in his pasture hoping to get a job. He has done things such as roping, cow work, trail riding (we have some really good trails around here), arena work and even gymkhana! We have a large front pasture to ride in or a smaller outdoor arena, we do have barrels that you can set up in anyway desired and we have tack that you can use. We also have a few saddles for sale if you prefer to have your own. Chance is just a great horse who is wiling if you make him, you can give him a bath or brush him. There are a few things about Chance I will mention, he can be spooky at times, it’s only like a small jump to the side, no buck, rear etc but he will be kinda looky even at things he has seen before. And when lunging him under saddle he might decide to throw a little buck, so just be aware of that. One last thing is if he is tied he might get scared and pull back, so just make sure he is tied to a hay string so he doesn’t break the halter or hurt his neck. And that’s really it. I have owned him for 3 years and he has really built my confidence and made me the rider that I am today. You MUST have some experience, you MUST be older than 15 and you MUST wear a helmet. There will be a few things for you to sign, as if you get hurt, it’s your own fault. I will not be responsible. Before taking him on trails I will see what you know, and you will have a few lessons on him if you want. I am charging $250 a month.
