Dream opportunity for an AA or Jr under a trainer, looking for a talented horse to bring along or move up the ladder. “In Your Dreams” aka Tessa, is an elegant and athletic 16.1 registered Oldenburg mare.
Beautiful face and impressive neck, gorgeous copper coat with a golden sheen. Tessa is smart and has beautiful confirmation. She has three good gaits and has easy lateral work. Tessa has her lead change and is schooling 3rd level. She has not been to rated shows, as owner has not been interested in showing.
Tessa is a very pleasant, straight forward horse to ride, she is soft in the contact and responsive to the aids. She has a wonderful work ethic under saddle and loves to have a purpose. She loves to be fussed over, clips and is good for the farrier. She will hack off alone and gets along well with pasture mates.
She is presently being ridden by a younger rider in a college equestrian program. Tessa loves playing over poles and cavalettis but does not enjoy jumping competitively so she is best suited for the dressage lifestyle that she loves. Tessa has no soundness issues or health limitations and is an easy keeper, no medical maintenance (never injected) and solid feet. She would be the perfect horse for an AA or young rider looking to have fun and work up the levels. Very tolerant and forgiving to novice riders.
