John is a 2021 APHA stud colt. He was born 5/11/21. A wonderful coming 2-year-old project! Get the ground work started and get him under saddle next year! https://www.deltawfarms.com/for-sale His sire, Primary Invester, was born and raised on our farm. Invester is 15.3 and an incredibly easy keeper. He won the Nebraska Paint Horse Futurity 2-year-old western pleasure futurity, winning a saddle. Since his two-year-old year he was retired from his show career and went to producing babies. His page on our website: https://www.deltawfarms.com/primary-invester His dam, Miss Bold Print, is 15.1. She has been with us since she was 4 and excelled in barrels and poles. At 4 years old she was running 1D/2D in Texas when we purchased her. I was only 10 years old at the time, showing how great minded this mare is! https://www.deltawfarms.com/mare-power John will be a great project for someone! He has had very minimal work done with him. He is halter broke and leads around great. He loves to be pet. He walks up to you in the pen looking for attention, but does like to take a second and smell you before being pet. Because he has not been worked with very much I usually put him in a smaller pen to catch him, but I do not have to corner him or anything. I just take it slow and he lets me walk up to him and pet him and slip the halter right on. I just live over an hour from the farm and only make it down to work with him some weekends, so no fault of his own! He is one of the calmest yearlings we have and I foresee him being a great project to work with. He is UTD on his vaccinations. He has not been trimmed before. When I work with the yearlings I tie them all up and he stands great tied, though has not been tied off by himself. He has not been registered yet. On my to do list, but I have not gotten to it yet, so he currently comes with a breeders certificate. Additional photos of John are listed on our website: www.deltawfarms.com Currently, the only video I have of him is being led at the walk. I do not have a video of him at the trot or lope. I will work on getting a video put together as time allows unless sold before then. I will continue to work with him as much as I can until sold.
