Ruby has to be one of the most unique mustangs I’ve ever met. She’s the most willing “let’s go on an adventure” type horse who’s happy to do ANY job with a smile on her face. She’s had extensive training. She went through the prison program “R3C wild horse program”, named “frosty”, she was picked up by a trainer there and then shown in the 2015 Napa Mustang Days, where she was purchased. She went through either one or two more owners before her current owner bought her in September 2016. She was a part of the Yolo county sheriffs POSSE, she LOVES obstacles and LOVES to jump. She’s more forward and feels more like a English horse rather than a slow polky western horse. She’s barefoot, can live on sticks and tumbleweeds in a pasture or live in a bougie barn with gold flaked hay. She’s in your pocket, sweet as they come, gets along with every horse big or small. She’s there at the gate waiting for you to jump in the trailer and climb a mountain. She’s the babysitter horse who will pony a wild youngster behind her or she’s that girl who will get polished up and go in the dressage court. She’s got all the bells and whistles in the arena and man oh man does she cover ground on the trails. Forward…not hot, not jiggy, but she’ll out walk your Tennessee Walker all day long. Endurance, camping, 3-day eventing, dressage, western dressage, pony club, gymkhana, husband horse, beginner/confidence builder (if you like a forward ride) She’s safe, sound and ready for her new life. Owner has life priorities and finding Miss Ruby the perfect home is a must! Located in Loomis
