Palin is going training level dressage. Great mind on this pony and so soft in the mouth. Super cute jumper, nice canter rhythm, brave on trail and to jumps. He has played with x country, lots of trail miles, ridden around cattle, horse camping, traveled out to dressage shows and pony club, and other desensitizing things. He has a good mind and is not spooky. He had a late start, no fault of his own, and will have been under saddle a year end of May No lameness or illness history.
He does need a trainer to keep him in a program. Our 11 year old rider has been riding him 3 days a week. She has shown him at a couple shows, taken him camping, and lots of trail rides. She is a good little rider. That said he either needs a very competent young rider or a smaller trainer who can hop on him and continue to put miles on him. He’s the type of pony that needs a lunge before a ride. But such a cute sweet fancy pony! His gaits especially trot is gorgeous! Very smooth to ride
