Goose is a sweet, beautiful paint gelding, 6 years old, 15.1 hands tall. Very gentle!! He has NEVER done anything wrong at all!! We bought Goose as an unbroken three-year-old and have spent the last three years training him with a gentle hand. He is brilliant, athletic, and versatile. He is easy to catch and will come up to you when you walk in the field. He stands very quiet while tied, bathed, groomed, picking feet, saddled and mounted. He has perfect ground manners and will lead and follow you anywhere. He is super safe and easy for kids to handle and ride! He has no bad habits at all, no biting, kicking, bucking, or acting out in any way.

If you are looking for an all-around horse that is willing to do ANYTHING this is the horse for your family. He is experienced in jumping, hunter paces, cattle cutting, mounted shooting, extreme trail class, fox hunting, reining, 4-H, contesting, trail riding, swimming, and camping on a picket line. We have done A LOT with him and he has done it all with a willing and great attitude. He has power steering in both neck reining and English direct reining. Ride him bareback, bridleless, double, parades nothing spooks this horse ever! He backs and side passes both ways. He rides with an English bit, a western bit, and a hackamore.

Goose knows his leads very well and has been to several horse shows, including a week at the Franklin County Fair the last three years. We have camped with him, and he has been ridden at many parks including the Allegheny Mountains in PA. We have ridden him 100’s of miles and he is always very obedient. He has great feet and has never taken a lame step or acted tender-footed. We guarantee him 100% sound.

We rode him in the 4th of July parade with bands, horns and floats and he was perfect! He can lead or follow and will ride alone with no problems. We have ridden him with huge groups of 25 horses or more and he was perfect. He swims, goes through creeks, mud, and bridges. He will stand quiet but then will jump the moon if you ask him to, gallop at full speed and come right back down to a walk. We ride him on the rail trail with dogs, bikes, and rollerbladers, and he doesn't mind at all. He jumps right up in the trailer and hauls great. UTD on Coggins, vaccines, teeth and feet.

We really LOVE this horse, we have put a lot of time into his training to make sure he is a great partner. He is not only quiet but very broke and well-trained. Horses like this are a one in a million, I love riding him.
