Shown just weeks after his 2nd birthday, "Beansie" is the last foal from my top producing broodmare and sired by a promising young stud by the famed German dressage stallion BENICIO (out of a Sinatra Song/ Feiner Stern mare). I could not be more pleased with the way Beansie is maturing; full bodied, excellent bone, balanced with a lovely head and kind face. Beansie's dam, Whywytch RHR, has produced several inspection winners and a filly who was Regional Champion as a weanling and who went on to finish 7th in the Nation with very limited showing. I think B. might be even better than her! Beansie's damsire was the GP dressage stallion Werigo, who was imported to the USA as an upper level jumper before his talent for dressage was discovered. He became a very successful ride for a young Steffen Peters, winning HOY multiple times at the highest level. Werigo was sired by the famous producer of international jumpers "Rigoletto". "Rigoletto" was a German-born stallion who stood in Holland most of his career and sired numerous Olympic and upper level jumpers. Finally, we have Rigoletto's sire: RAMZES. Ramzes was an Anglo-Arab who consistently produced quality foals in both disciplines. As a stallion he founded his own lines in TWO different registries: Holstein and Oldenburg....Ramiro Z and Rubinstein. Both trace back to Ramzes. Ramzes produced Olympic medal WINNERS in both jumping and dressage. Beansie is bred to be an athlete and he continues to prove his pedigree. He has a "10" walk, a floaty, regular trot and a powerful, rhythmic canter. He is intelligent and sensitive without being stupid and has been handled by professionals or former professionals all his life. He should mature in the 15.3-16.1h range. Great feet, very correct conformation, pasture-raised and a very excellent brain. Payment plan available to an approved home.
