'Magneto' is a registered Half-Arabian Gelding, 14 years old, and stands 15.2 hands. The Half-Arabian is on his dam’s side, 4 deep so he his 95% Arabian horse. He will W/T/C (both leads), excellent ground manners, easy to catch/blanket/groom, stands for mounting, keeps a neat stall, and loads with ease. No buck, rear, or kick. He’s a gentle boss in the field although he has not been with a mare at my farm or the previous owner. Requires little grain if not ridden regularly. 100% sound, negative Coggins, caught up on vaccinations, teeth, and recently shod. Direct rein, some neck rein. Magneto has shoes on all 4 and goes best with pads on front, especially over gravel or rocks. Slight wedge on left front. He’s very smart and will respect a confident, assertive rider. He has some endurance in his past and prefers to trail ride with company over arena work. My husband trail rides him alone but he is a more seasoned rider than me. I purchased him last Spring to be my trail horse and to also begin low level dressage. I’m a previous endurance rider and have always owned Arabian horses and couldn’t resist his personality and beauty (while shopping for a horse 15 hands or less lol). We've really enjoyed him, his height just doesn't work for my short legs and aging body. He has a big walk which isn't optimal for slower trail riding friends.
