SJR Metallic Bunny is an own daughter of the multi million dollar sire Metallic Cat. She is a 2013 model and is sound to our knowledge, we bought her bred and intended to use her as a broodmare. Our plans have changed to focus more on showing this year and spending a lot of time on the road, which is why we’re offering her for sale.
Bunny is in foal to SJR Diamond Mist for a April-May foal. Foal is eligible for $25,000 in NRCHA open incentives and $10,000 in NRCHA non-pro incentives. Along with eligibility in the Royal crown roping incentives.
Bunny is broke to ride and was in training as a young horse with Boyd Rice, she didn’t make the open so she became a broodmare early on in life, she was never shown. She is extremely kind and easy to handle on the ground. Stands tied, clips,bathes and of course stands well for the farrier.
Has four foals on the ground, the only show aged foal has passed away. Has one going to the show pen next year.
Possibly willing to do partial trade on coming two-three year old mares. Own daughter of names like dual Rey, one time pepto, reyzin the cash, Steve Rey vons or similar.
