"Jesse" is a 2015 APHA sorrel gelding that will quickly become your go-to horse. He stands at 15.1 hands, making him the perfect size for any job. Jesse is always my first choice when deciding which horse to take branding, shipping, team roping, moving cows, on a trail ride, or at the feedlot because he makes every job enjoyable. He is a smooth mover with a nice slow lope that makes him a blast to ride in the arena. He has been lightly started on the head side and he has the speed and discipline to make a jam up head horse that is flashy enough to get you noticed. If you want to go on a relaxing trail ride or pack into the mountains, Jesse will put his head down and take you where you want to go. Confident beginners have ridden Jesse out on trails and small gathers and he did very well for them, but I wouldn't label him as a true beginners horse because he is athletic and responsive. Jesse is light in the bridle, broke to your leg, and is the kind that a horseman would appreciate. He will make the perfect partner for many different riders because of his eagerness to please. Jesse has been one of the most enjoyable horses I have had the pleasure of riding and has taught me a lot in the past two years of owning him.
