With a heavy heart and mixed feelings I am offering up my beautiful purebred registered Friesian gelding, Chewbacca Sable. He is 6 years old and has been under saddle since he was late 4 years. 16.1 hands (maybe a bit taller since he filled out last summer). Flashy with big action gaits at the walk, trot, and canter. I have taken him everywhere you can imagine since he was a 2 yr old. He has been in training with a western dressage trainer last summer and is amazing with a gorracha pole. He goes English or western and has been ridden in the mountains, through water, over obstacles. He loads like a dream, stands tied, good with ferrier. He is a sweet heart and quite the character. He would make a spectacular dressage horse. But alas, through no fault of his own, I am going to put all of my energy into NATRC 50 mile competitive trail with my Arabians and don’t have time to give Chewie the time and rides he needs and deserves.
