Lakota is a nice stout trail horse that will go anywhere you point his head. He is extremely good in mountain type riding. He has been a trail his whole life, crosses water, logs, ditches, goes threw tunnels and is very careful in steep terrain. He is not a dead head, he likes to move out. Lakota has been my moms horse for the last 11 years and is only offered because of her health issues. He has never had any lameness or health issues. He is a very friendly horse, easy to catch, handle, loads and backs out of the trailer. Lakota is also great with clippers, ears and all. He has been on many many camping trips and will stand on a picket line with no issues. Lakota does have one vice and that is he will crib in a stall, his teeth are normal and looking at them you couldn’t even tell he ever did.
