ONLINE AUCTION Place your bids at www.PlatinumEquineAuction.com Starting Bid $3500 Auction Ends March 19th If you are looking for Mr. Tall, Dark, and Handsome, here he is! Milo is an 8yo 16h Gypsy Sporthorse gelding. We are only his second owners, having bought him from the family that raised him. He has all the characteristics of a horse that was raised right, having been exposed to many different environments and activities as a youngster. This has fostered a great mindset in Milo as he is always down for something new, extremely willing, playful, social, and has a heart of gold. We consider Milo a Jack of all trades in the riding department. We have taken him trail riding any chance we can get, have taught numerous beginner and youth English and Western lessons on him, taken him to cattle sorting clinics, gathered cattle out in the pastures, he’s participated in parades and been to some of the local rodeos and rode in the grand entry. Milo is extremely user friendly under saddle. He has a true one hand neck rein and moves off your seat and leg effortlessly. He comes into the bridle and softens over the bit easily when asked. He will side pass, pivot and understands simple changes. Milo is familiar with polework and xrails. Milo has cool buttons for more experienced riders; however, if you are a beginner or more of a timid rider Milo is a great option. He is extremely forgiving and always tries to figure out what you’re asking. He never punishes the kids or beginners in lessons who are trying to figure out proper cues or trying to figure out their place in the saddle. Milo just plods around and always figures out what his rider is trying to tell him, even if it’s less than perfect! Milo is a push style ride and is not antsy, fast footed, or high strung at all. He is quietly confident and does not feed off a nervous rider or hectic environment. If you like your horses to have a larger than life and very in your pocket personality, you will love Milo. He wants to be everyone’s best friend, human or equine! He loves grooming time, scratches, hugs, and most of all, treats! That being said, he will stand in the cross ties like a gentleman for grooming, bath time, tacking, and for the farrier. Milo has been regularly hauled off property and has zero issues loading and unloading. Milo currently turns out in a mixed herd in a 5 acre pasture during the day and stalls at night. He gets along with all his pasture mates and you’ll often see him tearing around trying to get everyone to play with him! Milo is a lover and is looking for his forever person to love him back! Please contact A&A Farms Alex 630-977-9100 or Alex 815- 674-1026 for any questions or to set up a time to meet our buddy Milo.
