Hello, going to try this again! I have my BEAUTIFUL Grey AQHA gelding up for sale. SL Blue Booty "Blizzard" is a 16 y/o flea bitten grey papered gelding. I have all good things to say about this horse. I got him as a retired police horse looking for a new job. After I bought him I brought him into gymkhana and some barrels. He has also been ridden English, and he is great, but no jumping. He is the sweetest horse, and loves his job. He only has some experience with barrels and he has not been on the pattern in a few months due to my injury, but could quickly get back into 5D with the right person. I also have used him for trails and he is great. No spook since he was a police horse. Blizzard is super sweet and calm but he is very sensitive. I would love for him to go to a young kid who has some experience and knows how to use their legs gently, or an elder who just wants a trail horse or arena horse. He is a very easy keeper, but if he goes to someone planning on doing barrels or gymkhana I would suggest getting him hock injections once a year. I can see Blizzard going in any direction with the right person! This is by far the hardest sale for me, because we are attached to each other, but I am getting too old for him and want him to go to someone with less experience, so he can teach someone new!
