Shiloh is a 10 year old mare, she is a treat. She has a good personality, she is quiet minded, and strong minded. She loves to stick her head in our window, eat apples, and listen to music in her off time! She belongs with an intermediate rider. She is INCREDIBLY smart and a fast learner. We have been working with a trainer on multiple skills for her. My daughter is using her for 4H and a local rodeo drill team. I believe that if someone had the time to really work with her she could go in any direction. I believe she was more of a leisure horse before. She has amazing speed, a dainty trot and an incredible lope. She loves cows, she is learning poles, we introduced her to barrels, she has done two rodeo drill teams since we bought her. She has sass and will need a rider that stays firm with her and wants to continue to master her skills if you are wanting to elevate your riding choices. She is good to be pushed and she learns amazingly fast. She isn’t afraid of flags or other animals around. She ignores barking dogs, goats, chickens… She loads well, stands for the farrier, she likes baths and with coaxing will take medicine or supplements just fine. We are moving and have decided instead of boarding her we are going to sell.
