Absolutely Fabulous x Delegated, “Atlas” is an ‘in your pocket’ puppy dog type personality, STUNNING 2019 17.2h+ and growing big bodied bay tobiano gelding. Amazing confirmation, uphill, three gorgeous gaits with a FLOATY trot and canter to die for, he was started under saddle right, WTC both ways, knows his leads, and started over baby jumps, making sure he was/is given adequate time for his body to mature as he is a big guy. Atlas has one of the BEST brains of any young horse I have ever worked with, he is incredibly brave, no spook, no vices, easy keeper, laid back in any environment, easy to load, stands for farrier, ties/x ties. He would excel in the Big-Eq ring, Hunter ring, Jumper ring, dressage ring, or in eventing. Atlas is big and is very flashy and makes a presence wherever he goes. With his incredible brain, laid back personality, and willingness to learn, he would make a super junior/Amateur friendly mount in a program, and he would also make a superior upper level prospect for a Professional as he exudes high quality, presence, and talent. I spent time working with him on the ground, and under saddle he has a great foundation on him, is started over fences and ready to go in any direction. Everything comes easy to him and he is incredibly smart. Does great in all environments, loves the trails, zero spook, same horse on/off property He’s up for sale due to no fault of his own, this is a very hard decision for me to make because he is a special boy to me, but I know my current circumstances are not giving him the attention/consistency he deserves and he has so much talent to offer for the right person. I have had Atlas since he was 2 years old, I purchased him from his original owners who bred him at their farm, I own his half sister who has been an exceptional mare to me with proven USEF/USEA and CHJA results, a solid 3 ring/eventer; safe for 4 year old beginner students up through advanced students learning/getting confidence at higher fences, whom I also got as a 2 year old and brought up through the levels (she is now 9 years old). Upon finding out Atlas was for sale, I purchased him the day I went to see him. I’ve never had any lameness issues or illnesses with Atlas, no maintenance. He is UTD on all shots, negative Coggins, teeth, farrier (he is 100% sound and I have not had a reason to put shoes on him). He is starting to learn how to come from the hind end, up to the bit and is very soft in the mouth, will canter right in/out of water and is super willing to baby jumps, I have no doubt he has the talent and athleticism to take someone very far and is a very quick study! Due to my current life circumstances (moving across the country etc.) and him not being consistently ridden/shown over the past year to no fault of his own, that is reflected in his price. low/mid 5 figures. He is an absolute gem and a perfect home is a must. Call/tex
