Zoey is a 20yr old, 13.0h, POA mare. She has a sweet temparament, not a mean bone in body. Has a background of being ridden extensively in dressage by an 8yr old girl. Then came to us in a trade for my 4yr old to learn the ropes on. She was working out splendidly. Doing lunge lessons, trails etc...But unfortunately lost her right eye in a pasture accident end of summer. She has mostly sat since and will need to be put back into work. The only reason am listing for sale is she needs a competent rider that already knows how to stop and steer while she is acclimating to her one eye. Not suitable for lunge lessons anymore likes to turn in to see you. Will need some training for that. We rode her out in field several times since accident and she did good no funny business. She has no bad habits, easy keeper, sound, no bucks/rears ever. An occasional small spook and can be look-ie. Loves to jump, lovely hunter movement but can also collect up and ride in a frame with a good rider. Easy to trailer. Rides bareback, goes out on trails alone or with company.
