Freja is Sired by Sjoerd, the most decorated friesian stallion in North America with 74 World Championships and 134 regional and national Championships. She is out of a PRE Andalusian mare Umbria IX who was imported from Spain. Umbria was a pure Fernandez De La Vega daughter of the champion of champions Limosnero and a half sister to Zarzuela VII who is multi national champion of Spain.
Freja was everything we hoped for and has produced for us some exceptional foals. She is trained to drive and has gorgeous movement under harness. We are going in a different direction and decided to offer her for sale. She is a 2014 Bay gone gray. Her genetics color is EE Aa.
Freja has been handled her whole life and is easy to bath, catch, lead, tie, load and trailer. She has always been a easy keeper, with no health issues, excellent bare feet, and a good broodmare for both live cover and AI. She has the sweetest friendly personality. She has produced some exceptional foals for us. She is beautiful to see under Harness!
