Perl is as easy as they come. Even though she is young and green, she has never offered a buck or any other undesirable behavior. After racing one time, I bought her. She was ridden for a little bit after she came off the track late last summer (green, but as easy as can be). Since Perl was growing, I decided to give her the fall and winter off to let her physically mature more. She has done quite a bit of growing and filling out. In the middle of winter, I hopped on her without a saddle and with just a halter for the first time to try to catch a feral weanling that was attached to Perl and Perl acted like a pro walking and trotting around after sitting for months. That’s the kind of horse Perl is. While she is green, she isn’t mean or naughty. Would likely be okay for a confident intermediate who wants to bring a horse along. I believe she will be a great barrel, gaming, western, or trail horse for someone who wants a horse that has a great brain!
