Silas was started as a 2yr by Richard Boatwright of B1 Horsemanship. He has several videos of him & what he did with him on his YouTube. Last spring I sent him to a ranch versatility show guy to put 60 days on him. Silas is very broke laid back has been hauled to some rodeos, ropings, & barrel races to see the sights. Not much fazes him. He is ready for a job. He is extremely smart & willing. He would excel in the show pen doing ranch versatility things or even make a nice heel or calf horse. He has been messed with a little on the barrels just slow things. If you can imagine riding on an alpaca that’s what I would compare riding him to! He just floats and is easy to ride. I raised him so he has not been passed around. He has had the best start to life & going forward will be super easy on him. He has been hauled all summer to jackpots and rodeos seeing the sites. He is lightly started breakawaying on and barrels. He has a great mind and there is not much that rattles him. He is safe! He could go cruise a barrel pattern then walk right into the show ring level headed as nothing upsets him. He must go to the best fit for him. He is a touch over 15hnds stout made with good feet. He has never had shoes on. He is great for farrier trimming him. There are about 40 videos under the link posted. https://youtu.be/DwFUfnVHCMw?feature=shared
