Tom has a history of driving in a team and being a trail horse. He has excellent ground manners: easy to catch, stands for bathe, clip, braid, and hooves, and seems to love the grooming attention and massage, he also loads easily. I have ridden him on the local trails on Whidbey Island for approximately 2 years and he is willing to lead or follow. He has been barefoot while I have owned him, but he does have a set of shoes that go with him. He is easy on the trails without spookiness, although he does need a confident rider and a buddy on the trails when he is without his barn buddies. Tom has been participating with me at liberty in the round pen and is quite responsive.
