For partial lease • 2 days/wk • 💲25/ride Rutland, MA Meet Cheesecake! Cake is a 5 year old, 16.3h, off the track Thoroughbred with the sweetest personality! Cake is looking for someone to ride him on weekends while his mama is working. Although young and green, Cake is excellent at W/T/C and is looking for someone to continue with him on his flat work. He goes both English and Western and I have tack for each that you can use. His ideal rider is a brave and firm advanced intermediate or above. Although Cake does not misbehave under saddle (no buck or rear), he needs experienced guidance because he can be unsure of himself. On the ground he can be a little pushy so needs correction from time to time, but he is so eager to please! Cake is boarded at a private 7-horse barn with a lovely outdoor ring and access to fields to ride in. We are also walking distance to the Central Mass Rail Trail. Video and pictures available!
