This is an incredibly rare find. This is the horse I wish I could have afforded when my son was young. I bought any horse I could afford to get him to love riding. This one would have done it! Ember is a phenomenal 17 year old, 15 hand registered paint mare. Ember is a beautiful reddish brown and white spotted color. Ember has been in our lesson program for two years. Ember has done it all including Western, English, poles, barrels, 4-h, e-team, hunter jumper, etc. She is not a horse that would be highly competitive for speed and action but would excel at 4 H level on those events. She is currently jumping and showing 2’6” courses and always in the ribbons even if riders first show. This is the horse that will provide a safe mount for you or your child and she will build your confidence in the show ring. She is ridden by people of all ages, including children as young as 5 years of age and adults in 70s! She is safe for anyone and is ridden by our lesson students across all ages. She is slow and rhythmic to the jumps, calm and level headed. Ember is the type of horse that can make a lesson program. She is kind, forgiving and willing. She is the perfect size for children or adults and will help her rider build confidence. She has a puppy dog personality and attaches to humans quickly. Ember is completely healthy and sound with no medical concerns. Ember gets along with her pasture mates with no aggressive tendencies. She does not have any destructive pasture or stall behaviors and literally no bad habits. She is perfect for vet and farrier, leads nicely for barn staff, does not get pushy at the gate, is not herd bound and does not present with any sensitivity, ear pinning or poor attitude while grooming. Usually there is always at least something that is a problem spot; however if it exists, we haven’t found it in Ember. Ember is the rare horse that is talented and is also safe for children. I can not say enough good about this mare. We have 40 horses in our program and I am selling 10 to downsize. Whichever horses go first will determine who gets sold, the rest we will keep. This is your opportunity to try several horses in one spot and to have the opportunity to buy horses that would not normally be for sale. These are the horses that I searched across the country to find and now they are all in one place for your choosing. The types of horses available include: 1. Kid safe horses that are rock solid, balanced at walk, trot, canter and some that also jump. 2. Performance horses for jumping ranging from green to competing. 3. 3rd level Dressage horses 4. All horses have experience with a variety of riders, indoor arena, outdoor arena and trail riding. If Ember is not one of the first 10 horses sold, she will be available for an onsite only lease. She will be located at Rivendell Stables in Lowell, MI. You will be able to lease and show with our show team if you wish. Please contact to schedule to meet Ember f
