Diesel is a 6 yr. old true blue roan gelding with tons of presence and lots of flash. This boy is big and handsome, loves the trails and goes out alone or with a buddy with no buck, rear, or bolt. He stands 16.2, with great feet and is currently barefoot. He rides western or English, can be used to pony, throw a rope off of, drag a pole or barrel, jump, and shoot off him! The video shows him being shot off of for the first time – WHAT A CHAMP!! He has a big, floaty canter that anyone would love. He’s been to cattle sorts - nothing fazes him! He’s sure footed in all terrains and enjoys learning new things. Diesel is traffic and dog safe, goes through water and over bridges and his happy to greet you from the pasture. He trailers beautifully alone or with others and will stand in the trailer while you grab some lunch. He’s good to bathe, clip, and stand for the farrier and has had hot shoeing in the past. He knows how to lunge, has a great stop, back, and side pass as well as working a gate. He can be ridden bareback with just a halter and lead rope. His ideal owner would be an intermediate or an experienced rider working consistently with a trainer as he can be pushy on the ground. He prefers being in a pasture during the day and kept in a decent sized run at night since he’s such a big boy. Diesel is UTD on vaccines, worming, farrier, and has a negative Coggins.
