This young mare is ready to go any direction! She’s athletic has good feet, strong legs, and gives you all the try in her heart everytime.
She’s good with her feet, stands tied anywhere, bathes, clips, and has been hobbled.
She’s still considered green and will need a confident experienced handler.
She’s coming up on 60 days professional training and will stay in training until sold.
She’s been trail rode goes through water over branches and trees, up and down hills the way she should, where ever you point her and ask she’ll go. She goes out alone or with a group, rides in the front middle or drag. Has jumped up some big groups of deer and responds very well to new or “scary” things.
She’s loping nice circles comfortably in the arena and is getting a solid stop and back from your seat. She’s neck reining and is soft moving away from leg pressure. I’ve been opening and closing gates as well as side-passing and moving both quarters.
She is extremely smart and has came a long ways because of it. This mare picked up on lateral movements the first time I asked it of her without any confusion. She’d make a nice dressage horse, or over fences horse, or she could make a really nice barrel gymkhana horse as well. She shows great potential in her athletic abilities and learning style.
She loads in the horse trailer, backs or walks out, and stands nicely for trailering. She’s alpha mare in the heard but is in with 10+ horses where she’s learned a lot of heard mannerisms and really has just figured out she wants someone to play with her.
She’s very busy.
Faith has recently been chiropracted for a routinely visit.
