Nathan is a 5 year old 15hh Arabian gelding. He is a lovely horse who is eager to work and please. He has 3 very comfortable gaits (w/t/c), has a great brain and learns quickly. Nathan seems to enjoy a variety of things and should excel at almost anything. He goes over poles, rides out on the trail with other horses, and has been exposed to traffic. Currently being ridden both western and English, with a snaffle and in a running martingale. I could see him being successful in sport horses/dressage, endurance/trails, or even going over fences. He has been lunged over jumps a couple of times and seems to really enjoy it. Nathan is still green and has a lot of forward momentum under saddle, he needs a rider who can bring out his fullest potential and who has experience with handling green horses. He is safe, no buck, kick or rear but needs a confident rider to help him along when he gets nervous; and will occasionally scoot a few strides at the canter. Nathan loads, ties, stands for the farrier, bathes, and clips. He is currently barefoot, nice strong feet, never taken a lame step and built with sturdy long straight legs. This is a very nice horse, who is looking for his perfect partner. He will remain in training until sold. A great home is an absolute must, and he is priced to move.
