“La Rocket Man” (A.K.A Yeti) is a 2012 APHA Tobiano Paint gelding. Yeti stands 15.1 hands tall and weighs 1250lbs. He is 100% sound. Big stout build and all the eye appeal you could ask for! Yeti is a seasoned trail horse ready for his next family to take him on all the camping trips this summer!

Yeti is the go to trail horse. He is slow and steady. Laid back and handles every trail like a pro! He will cross water, logs, ditches, and creeks. He is sure footed and takes his time on the more challenging trails. He will ride in the front, middle, or back of a group. Yeti will pack the saddle bags. He also rides double and bareback! Yeti will stand at the hitching rail all night! He has traveled many states on several camping adventures! He is the tried and true camping trail horse!

Yeti has a super sweet personality. He loves attention, his favorite scratching spot is on his neck under his mane. He also likes to dunk his hay in water so I can’t say he is the cleanest horse to stall 😂 Yeti is easy to catch, gets along with other horses great. Stands tied, loads and unloads, good for baths, picks up all 4 hooves. He is an easy keeper and requires no maintenance.

Yeti has been a trail horse his whole life with a tiny bit of cattle work. With that Yeti dosent quite know how to lope a perfect circles but he sure tries for you! He stops good and backs up. We have been using Yeti to move cows to our spring pastures and checking fence. He takes everything in stride.
