Mr Wonderland aka “Finley” is an imported 8-year-old 16.3h Rhinelander gelding who is ready to be your new best friend! To meet Finley is to fall in love with him. He is as sweet as he is beautiful, a barn-favorite among amateurs, kids, and trainers alike. He is very safe, comfortable, and uncomplicated to ride. Finley is solid second level and schooling third with clean changes. He has three quality gaits with a ground-covering walk, rhythmic and easy-to-sit trot, and naturally balanced canter. He learns new things quickly with tons of potential to continue moving up the levels. Half passes shown in video were only the third ride introducing them. He would make an ideal partner for an amateur or junior who wants to have a blast moving up the levels with a capable partner. He is a no-drama guy who loves to cuddle with his person and is guaranteed to make you laugh.
Imported as a young horse dressage prospect, Finley is also a talented jumper and competed very successfully as a hunter the past few years. His recent enjoyment of the progression in his dressage training has made it evident that he has a bright career ahead of him in dressage. Tons of experience off-property.
