I got Max almost a year ago as a second horse for myself/husband horse. He doesn't click well with my husband and I severely overestimated the time I would have to work him and my other gelding while chasing around a toddler. He is so sweet and full of personality and it's just not fair to continue to let him be put on the back burner. Max has been sitting for at least 6 months due to no fault of his own. He is broke to ride but I wouldn't call him finished. Can be more spirited for groundwork but settles in better as he gains your trust. Never had anything extraordinary happen under saddle but also haven't put many miles on him myself. Was told he stood well to bathe but that has not been my experience at all. Currently barefoot, and does not always stand well for my farrier. Loves to play with balls and instigate play with my other gelding. Easy keeper, currently on timothy and some pasture turnout. Definitely has an in-your-pocket personality.
