Boots is awesome on the trails. She is confident and she goes wherever you point her. She is very sure footed and she will watch where she puts her feet. She is what we call a mountain goat. She can and will go ALL DAY LONG. Boots has spent quite some time being a trail horse. She crosses water/creeks, over logs, over bridges. She has been around quads, tractors, airplanes flying over head, cows, dogs, other livestock. She has gathered cows up in the mountains a ton of times. Boots is started on the gymkhana patterns. She was started on barrels/poles.
Boots has also had ropes swung around her.
She is great in the arena. Knows her leads, has a good stop, neck reins.
She is quick footed and has a quick trot/lope.
Boots has some speed I think she would excel as a barrel horse/pole horse/ breakaway horse/ heel horse/ and or an awesome trail horse. She stands to be saddled, bathed, farrier, clips, groomed. She loads in the trailer and backs out. I have let this mare sit and she rides off the same exact way you left her. She has no buck, kick, rear. She has no mean bone in her body. She is ready to be your next trail partner or your next performance horse. Come try her out 😁
