Ben(6) has become quite the Confident Little Cowboy and it is all thanks to Great Horses like Patty! Patty is a Once in a Lifetime Partner and he couldn't meet our expectations any better! He is ready to meet you at the gate and saddles and bridles quietly. Walk over to the fence or block, climb up, turn around and Patty has already sidepassed up to pick you up! Patty has been in all types of country and trail rides the very best. He will go easily with or away from other horses. He'll ride out away from the barn without even the thought of being sticky. He handles steep ditches, logs, water crossing and bridges. He overnight camps, ties to a high line, and hobbles well. Ben has had fun tracking the roping dummy, trail riding out in the big pastures, playing hide and seek horseback in the woods and hobbling by the pond to rest. Patty has taken perfect care of him. Patty will sort, do basic ranch work and is trained as a heel horse. He has a nice walk, smooth jog and short lope. He is easy to catch, lead, load, haul, stands tied, bathe, groom, pick feet, saddle, bridle, and quiet for the vet and farrier. Stands for mount and dismount(from the fence, fourwheeler, atv, tailgate of the pickup, fender of the trailer or the ground!). Patty picks up both of his leads, has a nice stop and great neckrein.
